I have lived here a couple of years here and sold my property at a cheap price, making a great loss. There have been multiple break-ins on many occasions during the day or at night. My car windows were all smashed and personal items were stolen. Crime is so rampant here that the police could not take action for the lack of resources. Tons of foreigners and undesirables will congregate at nearby parks and shops. Never let your children walk alone here. It's simply not safe.

Great street with new housing, quiet location, very close to the city 8km and to airport 15min drive. Easy access to Leach hwy, Albany Hwy and Manning road. Good public transport access 20min bus ride to the city, Westfield Carousel shopping centre close by, close to Curtin University. Santa Clara school and Canning Aquatic Centre within walking distance, Great rent return. Recent underground power completed by council.
