Is the kennigton avenue, barnier area good place? Is it a part of newer quakers hill?

Kennington Ave is a great road to live on.
Walk to the Farnham Rd shops.
Walk to Mary Immaculate or Barnier Public Schools
Serviced all along by Bus, and a walk to the station from most houses.
Has several reserves/playgrounds, and never any issues.
