Housing commission is moving out of Quakers Hill. They are allocated new apartments in Sydney Olympic Park. That land and Cowper Circle road is getting rezoned to R4.

Yes, there is public housing in QH that's exactly opposite to the new house and land packages in QH (called Ivy Estate.) But it's incidentally very good! There are no complaints of thefts, noises or any inconvenience by the locals, so it's a pretty safe place.

Yeah, even I heard the housing commission is going to apartments in Sydney Olympic Park, and the whole area will be converted into R4 zoning. Quakers Road will also be extended all the way upto Schofields. I think Quakers Road is also getting rezoned to R3.
