"Best area on the Coast"
Meridan Plains (Kawana Forest) is a great area. It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere with the beautiful bush and forets surrounding you, but with great road access it's actually only minutes away from the beaches and shops. It's a good friendly area with great parks and walking paths and is rather quiet. With the cost of land increasing on the coast, the sooner you can buy in the better.
