"Petersham a great part of the inner west yet to be fully discovered !"
Railway st has a wide vista encomasing many expansive victorian era houses. At the northern end of the street is Parramatta rd and a local coffee shop. At the southern end is the Italianate heritage listed railway station and local watering hole, the "White Cockatoo" a quaint old style relaxed local with great meals for the whole family. An easy 6km trip to the city by bus or rail and a short stroll to Petersham park and pool or Norton st for lunch/dinner....A great urban lifestyle street and suburb.
