It is a boutique complex, one of the best in this area. Managed well and only small dogs allowed. It has never flooded in the 20 years it has been here. It never smells, although we do get some mossies in the summer, but the council spraying takes care of that. It has a great environment for a family or retired person. No party people here thank goodness, and they are not tolerated. The crickets and frogs give beautiful sounds in the evenings. The pool is really big and fantastic. I love living here!
