"Your own private parkland"
With only 12 houses facing blackwood park, this is indeed an exclusive address. Is it a drawback that all the houses face a park and not a main road? The answer is up to you. The back of the houses have the garages and being a short road there is no through traffic. The large park opens to the front of all homes to create a family oriented living experience. Only a 5 minute walk through the pathways, over the waterways to the Laurimar town centre. The sports fields are a short stroll away. All blocks are over 600sqm in size and are generally very well kept.
