"Ahhh, peace and quiet"
Very quiet and leafy street. I have stayed at the cul de sac end and found it to be very quiet. Little traffic noise from main north road, you wouldn't know it was nearby.
The neighbours are friendly and quiet and like to maintain a community spirit in the street. Everyone looks out for each other, so it's a safe place to live. It's a great street if you have kids as it's walking distance to kindies, child care, primary schools and high schools and you can choose whether to go public or private with your kids' education.
It's also walking distance to public transport, shops and restaurants, so it's a convenient place to live. Also nearby are sporting venues so the kids can go and kick the footy or practice in the cricket nets. If you have a dog, there are plenty of places to walk him/her.
Overall, a nice quiet neighbourhood with everything I would want if I were to buy there.
