Fernbrooke Ridge estate
We are planning to buy a house in Fernbrooke Ridge estate. We have a small family with 2 of us and 2 small babies. My husband works on night shifts. So it will be only me with babies at home at night time. Kindly guide me if estate is safer for families especially at night time.

Hi Sarah , We are planning to buy at fernbrooke ridge too , I've heard different opinions from different people , to it depends upon the street , if you come to it any suburb will have its pros n cons , we are planning to get security screens and cameras installed.
I would say its a good deal at fernbrooke ridge estate
