I am an investor looking to buy a house in Redbank Plains
Redbank Plains, QLD 4301 is located within the Ipswich local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
Is it easy to get tenants and how is the area generally? I am from Sydney so do not know the growth around the area but heard that this area is upcoming and quite good. Also there are some issues with black soil in that area - does anyone have problems with this? No issues with flooding etc
