What do residents dislike about the area?

Hi there, I've lived in RBP with my family for 31 years and we've seen a real deterioration in the place. It's very sad. This is just a personal opinion and it will differ to other residents. I've been bothered the most by the influx of estates with low-rent housing and townhouses that seem to be taking over at the cost of the environment. This has resulted in a population explosion in the suburb that I think is actually a little out of control and also has attracted a lot of the wrong types of people and contributed to a high crime rate.
