Family rental costs in Redcliffe - whats right for a 3 bed unit?
Redcliffe, QLD 4020 is located within the Redcliffe local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
Hey guys. We are moving to Redcliffe soon, and wondered if (as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids of 9,5 and 4) looking at rentals of around $500 a week sounds about right?! Thanks xxx

$500 will get you plenty of house on the peninsula so if your needs aren't high end then you will have lots of choice!

In terms of data this site would be the most comprehensive
http://www.rta.qld.gov.au/
And median weekly rents
http://www.rta.qld.gov.au/Resources/Median-rents.aspx
Showing $340 for the median rent for 3 bedroom units for Dec 11, difficult to get better data than this. In the end it's just a median figure and you will get a lot of variance, if browsing realestate.com.au isn't helping then pick up the phone and have a chat with a few different rental managers.
