"Excellent place for families and retiree's - Perth's 'silent' prestige suburb with nice people"
Good street, easy access to the river at the end of the street. Close walking distance to the bus/train. This is one of Perth's great suburbs that not many people know about - I highly recommend it! It's on the river and close to the city 5km - south perth and opposite Applecross vibrant cafe strip. Best buy inner city!
Redmond street is a nice street and not many houses as half of the strip is occupied by nature reserve and footy oval for Aquinas Boys College.
