this estate "crestwood' is a magical place. There are active covenants on aesthetics such as bins in the front yard and general kemptness. You ask any real estate agent in western australia who's been around long enough and they'll just come out of the blue and say - what a concept, its never been done as good as that anywhere else in thirty years. We have three children and to be honest they have got a schedule organised every day with someone in the estate! Coming up five years I havent had to clean the pool or mow the back lawn - its all done by the staff !! wonderful
