Occasional sweet smell around Archerfield road, Richlands

Does anyone know if it is from the famous Capilano Honey factory that right on the intersection of Archerfield and Pine roads? Just curious :)
Physically there is a bit of light industry in 4077 postcode, where borders were unnaturally drawn to include more industry into 4077 and the golf course - into 4075 thus confusing some home buyers. But nobody can trick the mother Nature: the prevailing winds would still take smells and pollution, if any, towards Oxley 4075, making it more expensive yet more polluted than Inala or Richlands.

We investigated the matter, and found that the sweet smell is coming from Capilano honey factory situated on the corner of Pine Rd and Archerfield Rd. So the smell is as non-toxic as it can possibly be from any industry. It's just the smell of honey being heated to sterilise it before packaging. No different if you were baking a honey cake in your kitchen.

Thank you. We since came to the same conclusion: the smell is from Capilano Honey Factory. We went for a walk towards it a few times when we could feel the smell, and it is definitely where it is coming from. So nothing to worry about.

I don't think that smell is toxic. Most likely it is from honey processing at Capillano factory on the corner of Pine and Archerfield Rd. Moreover, in Inala and Richlands we are lucky to have many trees and parks, they clean the air better than anything else

Hi Susan,
I also feel the strong chemical smell everyday, and I think it's belong to benzene or something toxic. It is really difficult to find where it from.
