Weird (and kinda cool) art on the new EastLink
So i drove down to Portsea on the weekend using the new EastLink. It was fantastic. Im still trying to figure out how much it cost me, but still cool getting down to the pninsula in only 1hr 10 mins.
Anyways, on the way I noticed some very weird artwork...or at least i think it's artwork. There are what looks like giant m and m's blobs (which is obviously art work) which are pretty cool, but one of the weirdest things I saw was a creepy building simply labeled a huge orange "Hotel". It reminds me of something that's out of a Stephen King novel or something. Only a few windows light up, but it looks waay too small to be a real hotel. Does anyone know anything about it?
