Is there issues with subsidence on the Rivergums Estate?
I have been told that houses on the Rivergums Estate are having issues with subsidence due to being built on old wetlands. Any truth in this or just gossip?

Just gossip. We've lived on the estate for 13 years and have never had nor heard of any issues. There were wetlands near safety bay road, but they were converted to a man-made lake at the front of the estate. Blocks throughout the rest of the estate were built on bush land well above the water table.
