"Quiet, friendly street close to shops, schools & parks"
Riverlea Waters Drive is situated approx. 1 minute from the Nerang shopping centre, the cinema and some diverse restaurants. The area has a country feel and this street has a true community spirit. The residents are a mix of retired couples and families, with lovely parks and excellent schools nearby.
We have lived here for 2 years and we enjoy the peaceful surrounds, yet we are only 15 minutes to Southport, 5 minutes to the M1 and the Nerang Station should we wish to go to Brisbane or require easy access to the airport. We have shopping centres close by however for larger retail therapy I often vist either Robina Town Centre or Westfield at Helensvale...the best of both worlds.
We are also located at the beginning of the Food and Wine trail on the Gold Coast which makes for some pleasant weekend outings.
