This neighborhood has deteriorated over the years during my time here. Living standards and quality is at an all time low, mixed groups of kids/teens/young adults all using private areas that should be reserved for private residents only. They have no respect for neighbors who want peace and quiet, making loud noises and swearing.
There is a guy who calls himself 'Kedar' (age is 18+) who came to my house and justify his actions to playing cricket in a tennis court and smacking balls to my backyard more than I can count (the lack of discipline and disrespect from this bloke was beyond belief, it was appalling!)
Lighthorse Park is an absolute filth, its unsafe and homeless people reside there now.
This area had better days but its now a thing of the past, very sad.
