"House/Rob Close Review"
I've been inside this house before, its a great place to live.
plenty of backyard space, good size bedrooms ect.
the house is spacious but not too big. great for a small to medium sized family.
i would recommend going to have a look at it.
The area is great as it is 10 minutes walking distance to weribee plaza, right near public transport cambridge primary school and many great childrens parks also a pet friendly paddock area to wals your dogs or go for a walk :)
The court is great with very friendly neighbours. (me Being one of them)
every year the court has a christmas party inside the court filled with food music & more, its a great way to get to no one another better.
The area is absoulouty safe in the average 15-20 years that the houes have been up not one has had any robberies ect.
Overall rob close is a great place to live!
