"Roberts Drive Park Lake"
It is a peaceful area with nearby parks, bikeways, skateboard park, terrific local facilities including shops, medical centre, tavern, excellent primary including the new Park Lake school and High schools, useful bus services, a short drive to Westfield shopping centre and Helensvale train station, easy access to the M1 Pacific motorway for Brisbane to the North (50 Minutes) and Coolangatta /Gold Coast airport, south, just 40 Minutes. Surfers Paradise/Northern beaches 15-20 minutes away.
The stunning scenery, wine trails and mountain resorts of the hinterland are again just a short drive.
Maudsland has been developed with the lifestyle needs of all the family in mind.
