"The Aussie dream is alive"

Here in Sefton, housing is extremely affordable - where else in Sydney do you have established infrastructure such as a train station, easy 40 minute commute to the city and still be able to buy a 3 -4 bedroom brick veneer home on a 500 - 600 square metre block for $450 - $550k?

Sefton is a hidden gem due to its small size as a suburb, its facilities and the easy access to great facilities in nearby suburbs Birrong, Chester Hill and Bass Hill. We have a corner store within 2 minutes walk from our house for milk & bread, for fresh fruit & veg/supermarket its an 8 minute walk to the strip of shops near the station.

For the kids, great access to parks and sporting facilities. What's not to love?

Great for

  • 8 min walk to station
  • Easy stroll to Adler Park, Maluga Passive Park and Jim Ring Reserve
  • Easy walk to Birrong Pool and Bowls club
