Are there any cons? Also are the schools as good as they say and what shops are included in roleystone? (Any further roley advice would be appreciated as we are moving there soon)

The shopping centre has a good supermarket and a few small shops and a cafe. There are lots of shops in two large shopping centres in Armadale 10 kms away.
