"Nice, neat and tidy, pokey upstaires"
This is a nice property, very neat and tidy, has potential. The timber windows need some love and attention. The layout of the property downstairs has allot of wasted space. You walk from the entry/front door looking straight into the kitchen. The property is quite pokey upstairs with the bathroon door being straight in front of the stair case and the corner spa taking up the whole bathroom with a shower overhead which makes it dangerous to get in and out of the bath without slipping over.
