Positives - 10 minutes drive to Westfield North Lakes, 2 minutes drive to Rothwell train station, easy access to the Sunshine Coast, positive economic growth
Negatives - 15 minutes drive to the beach (longer during the school zone hours), the local parks were sold by the Moreton Bay City Council to developers. The first park is now a Stockland housing development and the second park is now a commercial site (i.e. 7-Eleven petrol station/Starbucks/GYG).
