Rothwell has two strong performing private schools (Grace Lutheran College and Mueller College) that this lifted the socio-economic status of the area. As a result, it is considered a safe suburb for walking during the day and night. However, as in many parts of the Redcliffe peninsula, you should still take the necessary pre-cautions to protect property against intruders.
