Runcorn?

Are the schools (Primary and High) good here and close? Are the good shops round here and access to everything? What's the climate like here? Crime rate? Cons? Also what are the dangerous animals here? Is it safe and friendly?

crime rate is very high down near fruitgrove station and reminds me of the kingston/loganlea area. On the other hand, it's in the catchment for Warrigal rd which is a great primary school. Runcorn high is not desirable at all. If you are looking for a nice property in runcorn, look around the northern side up near eight mile plains. The houses there are quite nice, but every house there has a security screen on every window and always have barred doors so the house invasion/robbery rate must be very high.

train noise (horn) is really loud, might mess up your sleep if you are within 1 kilometer

Warrigal Road State School is one of the best in QLD if you are in the catchment. The other primary school is Runcorn Heights which I havnt had much to do with. My kids are not high school age yet though Runcorn High services this area we are considering Redeemer College at Rochedale. Great shops in the Warrigal Road Section. Perfect weather, Flood free, Crime Rate not to bad and no dangerous animals except for the cows at warrigal farms hahaha :)
