Most of the major carriers do. I am at Eight Mile Plains and got a great deal for Telstra Cable. $99 a month for 1000GB and speeds of up to 120Mb/s download (I was getting about 8Mb/s with ADSL2+ wit h TPG) best thing I ever did. NBN is now available in Runcorn so check that our too.
