"Great neighbourhood, peaceful and friendly"
We just moved into a new house on Rutherglen Crescent and we love it! Quiet street and has a friendly vibe. Our first week in and someone even put our bins away for us! It's a lovely community and are very happy we made the decision to live here.

"Generally a quiet area, well established with lots of families."
I have lived here for 5 years. The street is easily accessible, if a bit confusing for visitors. Occasional hoon who thinks it's fun to go fast around blind corners but mostly OK.
Very close to Westfield Airport West shopping centre, so it's great if you don't want to travel far for your shopping.
The tram into the city via Niddrie and Moonee Ponds is good but is a long trip. To eat out, you really need to go to Niddrie, which isn't very far away.
The soil is really bad for gardens, so be prepared to work hard for your plants, or give in to the clay and weeds.
