"Noisy disrespect-able neighbours"
If your looking to buy a home in a lovely quiet street then you would NOT buy here as too many of the neighbours don't seem to care about others having peace and quiet and totally lack human respect for one another. A lot of night time parties (mostly one weekends) and uncontrollable loud kids (this is on an every day basis). Easy to buy as prices are on the market value or a little under yet a bit tricky to sell as if potential buyers investigate the street enough they decide against buying. 20% private homes are being rented out.
