Rob Hedges from Sharlow Fitness is great. He has been my Trainer for 5 months and my fitness level and muscle tone has really improved. His sessions are always different and fun. He is very accommodating and adapts my workouts to include my 1 year old Son, which I love. I highly recommend him. www.sharlowfitness.com.au
