I am moving from Nth Qld to Brisbane and an interested in Sandgate/Brighton region
What is the renting or shared accommodation like in this region until I am ready to purchase another house?

Depending on what you are looking for, a 3 brm house is around the $350 - $400 price range, occasionally you can get a small house for about $290/300.... best realestates to contact are Professionals Sandgate or Calio and Scott Brighton. There are others though as well.
