what internet is available at Sandhurst?

I have lived in Sandhurst for over 11 years now, here are my thoughts.

The overall feel and look to the estate is nice, but the the powers to be ie the body corp are bunch of greedy ah.

The fees are exorbitant per annum, some fees are forced uopn you. For example you have to give them around 200+ dollars a year forcing you to use it at their restaurant/ facilities.
Being a golf estate you would think being a resident that pays over 5k year in fees would automatically let you use the golfing facilities, nope thats extra.

Also you can’t choose nbn providers like the rest of Australians can be they have sown that up as well. You can get 4g internet but its slow and often drops out.

These are but a few greedy moves Sandhurst body corp officials are into.

The main road on the south side is not wide enough for parked cars and flow through traffic causing cars to yield all the time and frustrating the residents.

So all in all this place sucks big time.
