"A reasonably quiet and friendly street."
The top half of the street is part of a new development where the houses were built between 2000 (circa) to 2006. Most of these houses are rentals. Although the street consists mostly of well maintained, beautiful properties, there are a small few that are very unkempt and are in need of some attention (i.e gardens, car bodies on the front lawn etc). People are friendly and the street is safe, but an influx of renters from Eagleby in the surrounding streets could have a slight effect on the security side of things. Apart from that, it is a very good street in a very good area.
