What is the better suburb - Newport Scarborough or North Lakes
I am looking at suburbs of Newport Scarborough or North lakes and since it is such a big investment I would like to know what is the better suburb to live in (low crime rates, professional couples , activities for kids, shops good schools etc)and also a good return on house investment
