Price of villa in Schofields (near Alex Ave)

Hi All, we have liked a villa plan in Schofields (near Alex Ave). Price is around 700K +. I am not interested in houses as outside my budget and too big for a couple. Can you guys let me know is it a good value for money in the long run. I am buying it for living, not for investment . Let me know your views on price and area.
