Hi are there many thefts in the area?
Looking to buy in schofeilds and I just wanted to know what the crime rate is in the area with theft etc. The street Im looking at looks lovely but border line high theft rate . Trying not to be concerned as it can happen anywhere .

No, there was a bit of a spike around the area recently of car thefts that happened earlier in the year, which occurred through the Kellyville, Rouse Hill and Surrounding Schofields region in the North West area, however it is not common. I have been here for over a year, all cars are parked on the street, as long as you lock up you shouldn't have an issue!
