"Fantastic suburb developing well for the future"
With the metro connecting to the city as well as the existing Schofields station, this suburb has alot to offer. Once the metro connects from St Marys to the upcoming Western Sydney Airport, this suburb will grow even further. There are also the confirmed plans for Rouse Hill Hospital, and an abundance of shopping centres and amenities. Plenty of parks and a new town centre make this suburb appealing for families.

Yes, there is so much opportunity for growth. The ripple effect from our neighbours in Rouse Hill and The Ponds will definitely push prices upwards. It's just a matter of time. We are already seeing a pretty big increase from 2021 in the housing prices.
