"Drug infested, dirty and unsafe."
A house on this street has a man who is a heroin addict and is a schizophrenic, he yells every night and smashes his unit up. Another place is a halfway house for drug addicts, and they also deal drugs there. My unit was broken into multiple times, do not live in scott place.
