You will love Scott Road. Set on the waterfront of Mannering Park, most homes in the street have at least some filtered views of the lake. There are some beautiful waterfront properties but luckily there is public access to the water for sports and fishing. It's a nice wide street with decent houses and a variety of homes and residents. It's a quiet street but still a walk to school, day care and shops.

Only meters from Lake Macquarie with access to multiple boat ramps, fishing boating and local sailing club. Very quiet most of the time except holidays when everybody arrives.
