Technically there are no restaurants in Sea Cliff, San Francisco. However, just to the south the top suggestions from locals would be any of the following:
El Mansour (Moroccan)
Mescolanza (Italian)
The Red Tavern (Russian)
All tasty ethnic choices just to the south of Sea Cliff in Central Richmond. And there are a good half dozen other places here too, so you definitely won't go hungry or suffer from lack of choices.
