Hi Guys,
I am buying a property in Seabrook Gowrie court area in front of creek.
Recently when I went there to inspect a property, I have seen a sign board beware of sneak.
I want ask everyone living in this area, Have you ever found sneak in your front or backyard or in your house ever? Is there anything serious about living in front of creek? Specifically in summer?
Your advise will be highly appreciated.
