What high school do kids from Seabrook Primary School go to?

So my wife and I are looking to move to Seabrook, we have chosen it over Point Cook mainly because of the primary school. However all the secondary schools around it appear to be either P-9 or P-12 secondary schools. Do they just merge in with these schools or would they have to change schools three times, once at seabrook, then to a P-9 school and then to a secondary?
