"Great place to live, but a fair bit of road noise"
This street is cool, but it's right on Blackburn road which has a lot of traffic at all hours of day and night.
Great internet, pay tv, mobile phone reception, but being in the burbs, there's no such thing as a night life or glorious food venues (unless you count McDonalds)
