"Probably not the nicest street in Cronulla"
Cronulla is nice, this street not so much. Apart from the commission housing mainly first home buyers units from the 1960s and 1970s.

"Commission Housing"
Residential street in North Cronulla with a small (expensive) shop at one end. Ca. 15 minute walk to Woolooware Station (Cronulla station even further). A number of commission housing blocks in the street, which I heard can get noisy at night (resident statement). The street is close to the beach (ca. 10 minute walk), but a fair distance from the main shopping strip and public transport. There are mainly apartments on the Southern end of Seaview Street.
