"Everything from fuel to food to services is a ripoff, buy somewhere else"
Overpriced old tired houses in very rough neighborhoods seem to be the standard for Onslow, the big boom has already happened and the rent currently paid by Chevron's contractors will dry up mid year, a good place to lose some investment dollars
