"An iconic street with a hidden gem"

Seymour Grove is a stunningly wide street in the heart of Brighton.
Close to the station, local Were street village and a selection of parks and schools.
The residents on the street are all lovely and approachable.
It is a safe pocket of an excellent part of Brighton.
