Which street is best in Shepparton?

Hi there,
I'm looking to buy a house in shepparton, and I have found some houses that are really nice and cheap, but I just don't know if the neighborhood is friendly, dangerous, trouble makers etc
The houses I'm looking at are in :
-kennedy Rd
-community street
-service St
-morrish road

If anyone could answer this will save me a great deal of over thinking and worrying
