"Spacious, quiet and relaxing, a great place for young families, retirees and working couples"
Only a couple of minutes walk from the Murray River, with great access to the reknowned Rich River Golf Club, the RSL Club, Sporties Club, wineries and the Moama Anglican Grammar School, Silver Gum Place in Winbi Estate provides high quality housing on 1/2 acre blocks. A very friendly and safe neighbourhood, Winbi provides semi rural living with very close proximity to Moama Village and the larger town of Echuca. A great place to live.
