We love Austin Lakes. Moved here in September. Used to be different with a lot of cheaper rentals but that has definitely changed as there's now more and more owner occupiers. Great IGA, bottle shop and chemist and easy access to the estuary and Peel inlet. 10 minutes to Pinjarra (great little town) and 10 minutes to Mandurah. Wouldn't live anywhere else now.
